7 Day Seasonal Group Cleanse

The practice of a seasonal cleanse is one of Ayurveda’s most supportive tools for aligning with nature’s rhythms. Known as Ritucharya, or seasonal routine, it’s traditionally done in the Fall and Spring—times when the Doshas shift most dramatically and our bodies are naturally primed for release and renewal.

Unlike many modern cleanses, this approach isn’t about deprivation. It’s a gentle invitation to slow down, simplify, and reconnect. As we transition from the intensity of summer (Pitta season) into the dry, mobile energy of Fall (Vata season), this is a powerful time to nourish the nervous system, reset digestion, and ground ourselves for the season ahead.

This cleanse is designed to meet you exactly where you are—with practical guidance, daily support, and rituals that leave you feeling nourished, clear, and more connected to your own rhythms.
