Hi! I’m Cianne

I’m an Ayurvedic practitioner, yoga teacher, herbalist, and mother. My work is rooted in seasonal wisdom and intentional practice, offering support for listening inward, living with awareness, and moving through life with care
.

My approach draws from both Eastern and Western healing traditions, held with deep respect and reverence. At the same time,

I see these systems not as fixed truths or identities, but as filters we can place over a human being, ways of understanding rather than ways of defining.

The whole person is dynamic and always changing, which is why Ayurveda’s personalized approach to support resonates so deeply with me. When we allow space and permission for change and imperfection, healing often becomes more accessible. I have found in my practice that using Ayurvedic wisdom, yoga philosophy beyond the mat, and herbal traditions with curiosity and compassion rather than judgment, creates room for ease, discernment, and self-trust. And that is what wellness really is.

Medicine isn’t only found only in bottles or protocols, although sometimes that is a much needed part of the picture. Medicine is woven into everyday life, in nature, in rhythm, in ritual, and in the small choices we make each day. Wellness emerges when we’re able to receive the medicine we need in whatever form it arrives, trusting that not every healthy thing is healthy for everyone, and not every medicine works the same way for every body. Our work together is about exploring what works for YOU.

Ayurveda entered my life during a season when I felt far from myself in the postpartum period, when everything had shifted and I was searching for a way back to my own rhythm. It offered language, structure, and support at a time when I needed to reconnect with my body, my energy, and my sense of self.

Over time, I’ve come to see that many of us move through seasons like this, when we feel disconnected, depleted, or unsure of who we are becoming. This is where the wisdom of Ayurveda offers insights to help you get quiet enough to hear what you need and trust yourself enough to respond.

Sometimes that medicine looks like breath, stillness, or ritual, nourishment, connection, or laughter.

The invitation is simple: to honor the season you’re in, listen inward, and meet yourself with care again and again.

I hope I can help guide you there.

What I Believe with All My Being…

Mind, Body and Spirit are inseparable.

Address one layer and you inevitably touch the others.

Pragmatism is sacred.

Ritual should feel like a return, not a burden.

Your nervous system is your compass.

Personalized care outranks any one size fits all protocol.

ALL medicine is welcome.

I honor herbs, marma touch, therapy, pharmaceuticals, affirmations, whatever helps you thrive is good medicine.

Healing is cyclical, not linear.

We recalibrate with seasons, life chapters, and the ebb and flow of daily reality
