Hi I’m Cianne!

I’m an Ayurvedic practitioner, yoga teacher, herbalist, creative, and mother, and so much more.

Some days I am all of those things at once, and some days I am none of them. My work is devoted to helping people create live that feel nourished, sacred, and deeply their own through the wisdom of Ayurveda, seasonal living, and intentional practice.

often support those navigating stress, transition, burnout, digestive imbalance, hormonal shifts, or the desire to feel more at home in themselves.

Ayurveda entered my life as a healing tradition shaped by thousands of years of lived and applied wisdom, and for the first time, wellness began to make sense to me.

What it truly gave me was permission. Permission to stop chasing every health trend that promised to fix me. Permission to soften. Permission to trust that my needs would change with the seasons, with motherhood, with stress, with age, with joy, with grief, and that this was not failure, but the natural rhythm of living in relationship with my own nature.

It taught me that health is personal. That nourishment is layered. That beauty can live inside simplicity. That there is wisdom in honoring rhythm rather than trying to live the same way all year long.

Through these teachings, I created a life that feels more spacious, grounded, and aligned with who I am.

Ayurveda helped me create a life that finally feels like mine.

This understanding now lives at the heart of the way I support others.

My approach blends time-honored wisdom with practical modern support. I do not see any system as a fixed truth or identity, but as a lens that can help us understand ourselves more clearly.

Because the whole person is dynamic and always changing, Ayurveda resonates so deeply with me. It honors that no two people are the same, and that what supports you now may be different than what supported you before. Healing asks us to listen, adjust, and stay in relationship with ourselves.

To me, health is not perfection. It is not rigid routines, fear around food, or endlessly chasing the next solution.

Wellness is not found in perfection, but in learning how to live in rhythm with your real life.

Health is what Ayurveda calls svastha, a sense of being established in yourself. It is the feeling of being steady, clear, connected, and able to meet life as it is.

Sometimes wellness culture teaches us to look outside ourselves for every answer. My work is about helping you remember that wisdom also lives within you.

Together, we explore what truly works for you.

Support may look like nourishing routines, steady rhythms, and food that serves you. It may look like rest, boundaries, and reconnecting to joy. It may look like creating a home and habits that reflect the life you want to live. It may look like making room for beauty, creativity, and self-expression.

Our work together may support you with steadier energy, digestion that feels easier, a calmer nervous system, sustainable routines, clearer boundaries, and feeling more like yourself again.

Health is found in laughter, movement, nourishment, nature, ritual, rest, meaningful work, creativity, and the small choices made again and again.

When we work together, I offer guidance, practical tools, and compassionate support to help you uncover the rhythms and practices that allow your life to feel well.

My hope is that our work helps you trust yourself more deeply, care for yourself more gently, and create a life lived in rhythm with your nature, your season, and what matters most.

If this resonates, I’d be honored to support you through a consultation or seasonal wellness journey.

What I Believe with All My Being…

Mind, Body and Spirit are inseparable.

Address one layer and you inevitably touch the others.

Pragmatism is sacred.

Ritual should feel like a return, not a burden.

Your nervous system is your compass.

Personalized care outranks any one size fits all protocol.

ALL medicine is welcome.

I honor herbs, marma touch, therapy, pharmaceuticals, affirmations, whatever helps you thrive is good medicine.

Healing is cyclical, not linear.

We recalibrate with seasons, life chapters, and the ebb and flow of daily reality
