Build your health from the foundations

Personalized Ayurvedic coaching to help you understand your unique nature, strengthen the habits shaping your wellbeing, and create meaningful change across your body, mind, and daily life.

You are more than a collection of symptoms

Ayurveda recognizes that your digestion, energy, sleep, emotions, nervous system, relationships, environment, and daily habits are not separate from one another. Each is part of the larger story of how you feel and how you move through your life.

Our work begins by looking at that whole picture.

I take a thoughtful, attentive approach to your physical health and your unique constitution, while also making room for your mind, emotional wellbeing, inner life, and sense of purpose. Together, we explore not only what you are doing, but the patterns, needs, and circumstances beneath your habits.

This is not a one-size-fits-all approach. Two people may experience the same discomfort and need entirely different forms of support. Your natural constitution, current imbalances, life stage, responsibilities, environment, and personal definition of wellness all help shape the path we create together.

The Three Pillars of Ayurvedic Health

Ayurveda teaches that our wellbeing is supported by three essential foundations: nourishment, restoration, and the wise use of our energy. These pillars give us a practical lens through which to understand the habits and experiences shaping your health.

NOURISHMENT

We explore what, when, and how you eat; the strength of your digestion; your appetite and energy; and the many ways you take nourishment in through your senses and surroundings.

The goal is not a perfect Ayurvedic diet. It is to understand what helps your unique body feel nourished, supported, and well

SLEEP + RESTORATION

Sleep affects nearly every part of how we feel, but restoration includes more than the hours we spend in bed.

We look at sleep quality, evening habits, stress, rest, recovery, and the nervous system’s ability to move out of constant effort and into a state where replenishment is possible.

THE WISE USE OF ENERGY

We explore where your vitality goes each day: into work, caregiving, movement, relationships, responsibilities, creativity, pleasure, worry, and rest.

Together, we begin to recognize what restores you, what depletes you, and how your choices can better reflect your capacity, values, and the life you want to create.

Understand your nature. Transform your habits. Support your whole life.

How Coaching Works

Ayurvedic coaching is a collaborative process. Rather than handing you a rigid list of rules, we slow down enough to understand the patterns influencing how you feel and what may be making supportive habits difficult to maintain.

We begin with your unique constitution, your current concerns, and the realities of the life you are living. From there, we identify the areas that may have the greatest impact and create a small, personalized plan that feels both meaningful and possible.

As we continue working together, we notice what is helping, explore what is getting in the way, and adjust your practices as your body, circumstances, and understanding evolve.

TOGETHER, WE MAY EXPLORE

  • Digestion and nourishment

  • Sleep and daily energy

  • Stress and nervous-system patterns

  • Hormonal and life-stage transitions

  • Habits, routines, and accountability

  • Movement, rest, and recovery

  • Boundaries and the use of your energy

  • Relationships, work, creativity, and purpose

  • Creating a personal definition of health that feels like your own

Ways to Work Together

A THOUGHTFUL, WHOLE-PERSON APPROACH

Hi, I’m Cianne—an Ayurvedic practitioner, herbalist, yoga teacher, and coach.

I use Ayurveda as a lens for understanding the connections between your physical health, habits, nervous system, emotional wellbeing, and the life surrounding them. My approach is personal, practical, and collaborative, bringing traditional wisdom into conversation with the realities of modern life.

I am not here to hand you another rigid wellness routine. Together, we explore what your unique body and life are asking for and create a way of caring for yourself that feels meaningful, realistic, and deeply your own.
