Returning Client Follow-Up Session
Focused support for refining your plan and responding to what has changed.
This 50-minute session is available for returning clients who have previously completed an Ayurvedic coaching session or journey and would like continued support without beginning a new package.
We will review what has been working, what has been difficult to maintain, and any changes you have noticed in your digestion, sleep, energy, stress, habits, or daily life. Together, we will explore what may be getting in the way and adjust your recommendations so they continue to feel relevant, realistic, and supportive.
A follow-up session can also provide a place to reconnect with your goals, respond to a new concern or life transition, and decide what deserves your attention next.
This session may be a good fit if you:
Want to review your progress and refine your current plan
Have questions about recommendations from a previous session
Are struggling to maintain practices that once felt supportive
Have experienced a change in your health, schedule, stress, or life circumstances
Would like renewed structure, clarity, or accountability
Want support adapting your practices to a new season or stage of life
Are not currently seeking a longer coaching journey
Your session includes:
One 50-minute private virtual coaching session
A review of your current concerns, progress, and existing recommendations
Updated food, lifestyle, sleep, nervous-system, or habit guidance as needed
A focused set of next steps
Written notes and updated recommendations after the session
Three days of brief email support for clarification
Before your session
You will complete a short follow-up form before we meet so I can understand what has changed, what you have been practicing, and what you would most like to focus on.
When to book
A follow-up is often most useful three to six weeks after an initial session, or whenever your health, habits, responsibilities, or circumstances have shifted enough that your plan needs to evolve.
Clients seeking deeper accountability or support across several areas may be better served by the Three-Session Foundations Coaching Journey or Five-Session Integrative Coaching Journey.
