Join us for an evening of deep rest and renewal, a chance to slow down, reconnect with yourself, and reset for the season ahead.
We’ll begin with grounding breathwork before moving through a few gentle, restorative Yin postures designed to help the body soften and the nervous system settle. From there, we’ll feather our Yoga Nidra nests and ease into a deeply restorative guided practice, accompanied by crystal singing bowls and other sound healing instruments.
Often described as “yogic sleep,” Yoga Nidra is a guided meditation practice that invites the body into profound relaxation while the mind rests between waking and sleeping. While lying comfortably, you’ll be guided through body awareness, breath awareness, visualization, and intention setting.
By moving through the layers of the self, known in yogic philosophy as the koshas, Yoga Nidra offers an opportunity to access a deeper sense of peace, clarity, and inner wisdom. Many people leave feeling grounded, renewed, and deeply rested.
The gentle vibrations of the singing bowls will weave throughout the practice, creating a soothing soundscape that supports relaxation and allows the body and mind to settle fully into rest.
